All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Career Vocab, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Yes, your learning progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your progress will be lost. However, your subscription status will be preserved and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.
